Fixer Upper

Are you a fixer upper?  If so, you might want to consider the short and long term implications of taking on a project that has fallen into disrepair.  In feng shui, every building has an energy of its own based on the compass direction it faces, year of construction and history of its inhabitants.

Time and again I see buildings that are purchased in foreclosure or discounted after an owner’s reversal of fortune that are beautifully renovated but suffering from the same troubles that plagued the previous owners.  From a feng shui perspective, the fundamental issues that caused the initial problems were not corrected and end up influencing the new owners as well.  The good news is that many can be easily remedied.

By taking measures to correct the imbalances in these buildings, you might just uncover the true gem hidden within.

Wishing you good ch’i,
